I used to live in the apartment building that she lived in when she was 15 with her drunken mother. She was drunk all the time back then and abused her cats. She left one for dead, being shaved, cut up, and dragging its back legs, i called the pound and later ended up adopting the pet as my own and the little guy lives a very spoiled life today. He still can’t fully use his legs. She never claimed to own the cat when i asked her about it but all the neighbor’s were witness to the abuse.

It seems as though some of you want to give her credit or benefit of the doubt just cuz she’s a woman. She’s a horrible example of a woman and doesn’t deserve custody. I care more about her child and pets than anything about her. The cops did a great job cuz they saw what I saw as a neighbor.

This is just unbelievable. I really can’t wrap my head around the ignorance of the judge and the cops.

Incredible. I wonder though if her geographic location played a part in this situation? I suppose it would also be helpful if the woman in question knew her legal rights/had a lawyer. This is just heartbreaking.
